Richard immigrated to Canada in 2002 after a long history of owning and running successful businesses in the United Kingdom.

In 2006, the Jones family purchased VanExtras, a commercial van upfitting company. MoveMobility was born in response to requests from VanExtras clients looking for wheelchair accessible vans.

Richard is passionate about helping others through innovation and is always looking for ways to improve our products and processes.

In 2016, Janice co-founded eiADVANTAGE, an emotional intelligence training and coaching company. Their work with individuals and organizations focuses on developing essential skills for navigating change, building resilience, and enhancing both leadership and employee performance. Having completed a trade accelerator program with World Trade Centre Winnipeg in 2021, they have since expanded their business to include serving clients in the US and abroad.
 
Janice brings over two decades of international experience in corporate strategy, human resources, and organizational development. She holds the designations of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and Master Trainer in Emotional Intelligence with Multi-Health Systems Inc.
